Low maintenance, contemporary take on a parterre

A long front garden, with magnificent vistas over open heath, required a low maintenance treatment that offered some privacy without obscuring the views.

In spring the gravel bursts into life with carpets of mauve blue crocuses followed by black and orange tulips.
